Before using this feature, we strongly recommend that you add support@yellowbridge.com to the list of acceptable senders in your spam filter as some of our users fail to receive our e-mail due to overzealous anti-spam software.
If you fail to receive a response within 15 minutes, please check your spam box. If you don't find it there, please use our online password retrieval form instead.
