Retrieve Username and Password Online

Use this form to retrieve your username and password interactively. This allows you to bypass problems that may be preventing you from receiving our e-mail (such as anti-spam filters or an invalid e-mail address). However, in order to use it, you must enter your Subscription Number, which was assigned when you signed up via Paypal.

For your protection, you must provide the following information.

E-mail on Record		If you just subscribed, it should be the same e-mail used in Paypal, even if it is no longer a valid e-mail address for you.
Paypal Subscription ID		You can retrieve this from Paypal.com. This would be the "transaction ID" for a one-time subscription or a "subscription ID" for a recurring subscription.
