Human User Verification
From time to time we require our users to perform a simple test (commonly known as a CAPTCHA) in order to verify that you are indeed a person and not an automated script. The frequency of this test will vary with your usage pattern. Suspicious activities such as uncharacteristically fast queries, attempts to access private directories, attempts to break into our server, or the use of not commonly-used browsers will cause more frequent testing. This test is made necessary to ensure that this resource is available for the maximum number of users and to slow down rogue users who routinely attempt to steal our data using automated tools.
REMINDER: Automated Website Grabbers or Copiers Prohibited
The use of any form of automated tools or scripts to download multiple pages or files from our site is strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service. Such tools create a tremendous load on our servers which result in poor system performance for all users, raise our operating costs, and often create system crashes. Even if you could download all the pages in our site, you will not be able to use the downloaded pages offline because of the unique way in which our code works. We reserve the right to permanently block any and all users who attempt to download our site.
