Xian Sightseeing: Tang Dynasty Theater Restaurant

The Tang dynasty was the last dynasty to rule from Chang'an, as Xian was called in the old days. Most historians view this time as the apex of Chinese civilization. Its influence on southern China is such that although the majority ethnic group in China is usually called the Han's (after the Han dynasty), the Cantonese prefer to call themselves the Tang's. Fittingly, the meal served with this show is actually Cantonese food.
