Access Via Mobile Devices

We separate mobile devices into two classes: tablets and smartphone. For tablets, we display the same full-size webpage that we would display to a desktop or laptop computer. For smartphones and music players with full web browsing capability, we display a narrower, generally single column webpage that you can easily scroll with your thumb. There is no separate "mobile" site. Simply use the same URL as you use on your desktop or laptop.

The features of our website on mobile devices will generally be identical to those on the desktop. The only notable exception is the Online Literature section has not been fully updated to display on small screens yet.

On the other hand, there will be additional capabilities based on the mobile devices support of touch-based gestures. For starters, our Chinese flashcards now support swipe gestures on smartphones, music players, and tablets.
