Retrieve Username and Password Online

Use this form to retrieve your username and password interactively. This allows you to bypass problems caused by anti-spam filters preventing you from getting e-mail from our server. However, in order to use it, you must enter your Subscription Number, which was assigned when you signed up via Paypal.

For your protection, you must provide the following information.

E-mail on Record		This must be the same as the e-mail stored in our server, even if it is no longer a valid e-mail address for you.
Paypal Subscription Number		You can retrieve this from Paypal.com. Look for the payment detail for your last payment or subscription to YellowBridge.com under the History tab of My Account. It starts with "S-" followed by 17 numbers and letters (e.g. S-05M834199B786594X). It may be listed as See related under the Unique Transaction ID #.
